Jordan Group has been a tour operator, conference and congress organizer, as well as a travel agency and an agent of leading tour operators for 30 years now. What is more, Jordan Group is a transport company with its own coach fleet and the operator of Wow Krakow! products with Hop On Hop Off Bus and other local tours with cabrio buses. Since 2017, Jordan Group owns the Galaxy Hotel****, Jordan Guest Rooms and Willa Jordanówka Guest House in Kluszkowce (near Czorsztyn). An office building put into use in 2019 - Jordan Group Transport headquarter with premises for rent, car wash and parking for coaches on Rybitwy street is the newest investment of the Jordan Group company. Jordan Group - Jacek Legendziewicz’s sole proprietorship with accompanying companies employes 170 people.

It all began in the year 1987 when a two-person travel agency was operating at the PTTK (Academic Department of the Polish Tourist and Sightseeing Society in Krakow) of the Cracow University of Technology. They used to organize student trips.  
A year later, referring to the headquarters, the name of Jordan appears. The Travel Service Office (BORT) relocates to the dr H.Jordan’s Youth Centre which makes its offer available to the young community of Cracow.
Two years later, the team consists of three people already and the offer is extended by bus trips to Vienna. It is the beginning of the Cracow-Vienna regular route.

As a private office, based on Sławkowska street, Jordan has been operating since August 15, 1990. Over the next couple of years new branches are being opened, outside Cracow as well, and the range of services is expanding not only to the organization of events and symposia, but to the booking and sale of hotel rooms in Poland and Austria.

Current office of the company’s headquarters - located on Gęsia 8 street - has been functioning since 1995 right after moving to its own, newly constructed building.

Another equally important address in the company’s history is Długa 9 street. In 1997 Customer Service Office opens there which later on will expand and become Guest Rooms and Jordan Cafe - a café and travel agency in one. This place has been successfully functioning to the present day.

In the new century the company enters, or drives in, with melex cars. A Melex tour service appears, allowing tourists to sightsee Cracow easier and faster.

Although the dominant branch of the company is, in general, tourism, it does not interfere with taking up new challenges. For example, in 2001 “Wiembus” (in English “KnowBus”) is launched. It is an unusual interactive exhibition promoting physics which was being successfully presented at schools until 2013. Currently, educational activities are continued in the form of unusual sightseeing of Cracow called “Lessons in Old Cracow”.

First accommodation facility in Cracow, Jordan Guest Rooms, is a good start of company’s development in a hotel business. Near the newly formed Czorsztyn Lake, in 2003 Willa Jordanówka Guest House is opened.

In 2007, a unique café tram is released on the streets of Cracow. Surrounded by the interiors stylized as Orient Express, where visitors are able to get to know the city in a refined and elegant atmosphere.

Strengthening the activity in the realm of congress and conference organization, Congress Department is established in 2010 - the location where it still operates is the Sobieskiego 22 street.

Next years mean more investments as on Gęsia street, right next to the company’s buildings, a four-star hotel is constructed. First guests can stay at the Galaxy Hotel in 2011. And a few years later, in the Hotel Andromeda Alfa’s restaurant, they can try unique meals of our Chefs.

In order to provide tourists with possibly the widest variety of city sightseeing, in 2013 a regular Hop On Hop Off Bus line is introduced. The WowKrakow! brand is being created with a leading offer of travelling around Cracow by cabrio buses.

Recent years have been devoted to the development of facilities at Rybitwy - it is not only a new place for the coach fleet of the Transport Department, with a modern workshop and a car wash, but also an office building with a space for rent for external contractors.

And this is not all of it - finishing works in progress at Hotel**** King Salomon - located in Kazimierz - the Old Jewish Quarter.
