– Additionally, travelers may cancel the contract at any time before the start of the tourist event for a reasonable and justifiable fee.

– If, after the start of the package, significant parts of it cannot be provided as agreed, suitable alternative arrangements will have to be offered to the traveler at no extra cost. If alternative arrangements are not possible or the traveler rejects them for valid reasons, the organizer must provide equivalent transport back to the original departure point or another place agreed upon.

– Travelers are also entitled to a price reduction and/or compensation for damages in case the travel services are not performed or are improperly performed.

– The organizer must provide assistance to travelers in difficulty.

– In the event that the tourism organizer becomes insolvent, payments will be refunded. If you conclude a contract with the company Jordan Group no later than 24 hours after receiving the booking confirmation from another company with which Jordan Group has a contract, the tourist services provided by the above-mentioned companies constitute a package holiday within the meaning of Directive (EU) 2015/2302.

In this regard, you will be entitled to all EU rights applicable to tourist events.

The company with which you concluded the initial contract will be fully responsible for the proper performance of the entire package holiday.
